Irritated sutures
After delivery, you may need to be sutured. In most cases, sutures heal well and dissolve by themselves. They won’t give you any trouble anymore after a couple of weeks. However, it is possible for sutures to become irritated and cause some trouble.
What can you do?
- Maintain good, hygienic care;
- Air the sutures when you’re resting;
- Clean them well with, for instance, Badedas classic (sit down in a tub filled with warm water to about 15 centimeters, for about 10 minutes);
- Take Arnica or Calendula tablets.
